Name: Spencer Clément Rouge
Age: 17 (DOB: 8/05)
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Symbol: A crimson eye
Occupation: First year student at Beacon. Part time bounty hunter.
Appearance: A solid 6'1 187 lbs. of thick (but fit) build. Red hair and eyes. Usually has a smirk plastered on his face. Outfit is a pair of white jeans with red tribal pattern on the left leg, red shoes, white shirt with red tribal pattern on the left waist area, red belt, and an asymmetrical, white, snap-button jacket with a loose, high collar and his symbol on the bottom flap. Custom-made for use of his weapons. He usually wears it but will take it off around in a casual environment.
Rouge Family History: The Rouge family bloodline can be traced back all the way to the Dark Age time period-equivalent in Remnant. The Rouges are native to Vale and their heritage consists of their own clan of knights. Fast forward to the invention of firearms and you get a weapon that can easily pierce armor. Instead of fighting to save the knight fighting style, the larger bulk of the Rouge family adopted the new weapon type. This did not go well with a large portion of the other families inside the Rouge clan, though. Much of the blood line separated and continued the knight style of fighting and still exist today (they are known as the Davidson's) but are not on the best of terms with the Rouges (Davidson-'descendant of David'). As time went on, the Rouges became renowned for their ability to use firearms. Not necessarily with accuracy all the time but they know how to use their weapons with capability and that is what gives them fame. Along with their lengthy presence alone. Most of the men in the family are huntsmen and the rest are all combat-related professions (such as a blacksmith or guard of some sort). The way one can designate a Rouge warrior is by the jacket he wears. The white jacket on Spencer, most of the time, is a modified version of it (the original is just the jacket with a right flap, as well as a left). There are no female huntresses in the family. The Rouges-and especially the Davidson's-are highly conservative because of the strong knight mentality presence in the family and, until more recently, it was forbidden by the family for a female to become a huntress. It is clear that a female in the Rouge family is okay to become a fighter now that the times have changed but, so far, there has been no girls that wish for it.

History: The story of this boy speaks of who he truly is. Spencer really was not right in the head ever since he learned to think. Not crazy or in the wrong, but...different. He never seemed to think in the same ways as anyone else. As a child of only six, Spencer was given his first firearm. He started to learn how to use it effectively (and safely, of course) and was also taught the Rouge's chivalrous mentality along with it. He was especially taught to never be afraid of any living thing. That was something he was born with, though. Fast forward a bit. Spencer has been learning to fight for four, short years. 10 year-old Spencer seemed to be wise for his age but his courage was destined to catch up to him some time. On a trip with a couple of his teenage cousins to the Emerald Forest, the three encountered a King Taijitu. The cousins grabbed Spencer and ran. The blood running through his veins boiled. He got frustrated with the 'cowardice' of the two boys and grabbed one of their assault rifles and extended the bayonet before charging the snake. Sure it was mostly by fluke and only a little bit by skill but the beast had been slain. Goliath had been defeated by David with a few well-placed shots and bayonet attacks. To the present day, Spencer keeps the bottom of one of the white side's tooth as a necklace. His fame for that day faded a while ago but that is a keepsake he likes to have in remembrance of that achievement. Before long, Spencer started his studies to become a huntsman and excelled at what he did thanks to his incredible talent with dual revolver pistols. By the time he reached Signal Academy, he had upgraded to .44's and was a crack shot. Able to accurately quick-draw, fan the hammer, and do tricks with his old .357's and getting better at them with his new weapons. Later in his time at Signal, he upgraded again to .500's and is currently getting used to those (though, he will not be able to be as fast or flexible with the larger gun). Throughout the time at signal, he got into the business of the law, thanks to an uncle being a member of the local police, and took up bounty hunting. That is how he pays for his studies at Beacon now.
A little note one trait Spencer has is he prefers to stick his pinky-finger out in unusual situations. From when he holds a weapon, to counting on his fingers, to pointing.
He is also known for his trademark, frightening grin in the criminal underworld:

Personality: Spencer is the stereotypical older brother figure. The kind that is able to give you advise on everything, even relationship advice, and never have a relationship for himself. He angers rarely because it's only a select few things that do so. Because of the knight mentality, those things are bullying of the weak by the strong for no good reasons and harming someone with no real reason. Other than when dealing with those, he either has a blank expression or a smirk plastered on his face. Spencer was never into romance. This often leads to him completely ignoring when someone is flirting with him and answering everything in a serious manner and always smiling while never really flat out denying someone's advances. He always fast-forwarded through all the kissing scenes in movies as a child because they often deviated from the main plot. He could be romantic, if he wanted to, but he seems to ignore any flirting and only wishes for 'fade to black' moments after he gets hitched and whoever he gets hitched to-contrary to Spencer's own belief-needs to really capture his attention.
Strengths: Spencer's strengths lie mainly in his bravery and a talent for reading situations and people. When a person speaks, he reads everything from their word-choice, to their vocal signature, to their eyes. He can act as an unrefined lie detector and can really tell who people generally are. This helps, and is mostly from, his bounty hunting in Vale. Spencer is also a pistolier. He is a really fast gun, actually. Accurate at short range with the quick draw and accurate at medium ranges if he gets the chance to look down the sights of one of his weapons. Spencer's honesty can help in trustworthiness and is often relied on in social situations that usually gain him a few friends. He performs very nicely in social aspects and can really word a sentence poetically sometimes. This often gains Spencer the kind of friends he could rely on, if he needed to. But, he often chooses to do things alone because it would likely be a bother to his friends, leaving them to just be moral support and keep him sane. The only physical strengths he has is his stronger build and the fact that he is heavy-handed.
Weaknesses: Spencer's weakness is mainly that he has a very low amount of aura. Injuries seem to only be helped a little and the only real special thing he can do is fire a high-caliber weapon with ease. He has no special reloading tool for his .500's and, after expending five rounds for one, he needs to reload one bullet at a time. Spencer also is not a fan of the use in dust.
Spencer has no armor to speak of. The only thing protecting him from a blow is his quick shot, aura that is the equivalent of a square plate compared to a scaled knight armor chest piece, and the pair of jeans over his bum.
He is BRUTALLY honest. He will often say things that normal people wouldn't say out of fear and is not afraid to offend someone. He certainly has a talent for saying things in a way only an older brother-figure could and rarely gets a bad reaction because of this but there are times when Spencer makes people mad at him.
Semblance: Spencer's semblance is the passive ability to suppress recoil. Taking a smaller .500 bullet size (about 460 grains) and giving it under a .44's kick. Taking a 700 grain shot and bumping it down to about a 400 grain shot. This allows for hammer fanning on a weapon people would refuse to even try it on (Only from 350-400 grains). His semblance's highest advantage though, is it makes him able to dual wield his weapons.
WEAPON
Name: Candy and Delilah
Primary Form: Two .500 magnum pistols. The right-hander is Delilah and the lefty is Candy. On the barrels is a decoration Spencer puts on all of his weapons, paint resembling the two heads of a King Taijitu, in remembrance of his run-in with the Devil. The hammers are shaped to make it easier to fan.
Secondary Form: When the grip on each weapon is squeezed, a blade comes out from the bottom. Enabling melee combat. When squeezed again, they retract into the gun.
Tertiary Weapon: A simple multi-use bowie knife, named 'Lotus.' The blade has a few lotus carvings on the upper end by the hilt and another lotus on the bottom talisman. The blade is the normal metallic cover, the hilt and the flower on the bottom is white, and the handle itself is red.
Holsters: Both pistols have holsters that are made to unlock to Spencer's touch so they cannot be grabbed and removed by an enemy. Delilah's holster is even more special. As Spencer grew older and upgraded to bigger hardware, he needed to do something to the holster to be able to quick-draw. So, after a lot of studying, he added a feature to it that also allows the weapon to push through the front when unlocked. This feature was only given to Delilah since he pulls Candy from his back.
Ammunition: Spencer has a slew of ammunition available to him. From the 350 grain shot he often loads into Delilah, to the 700 grain 'Taijitu Thumper' ammunition he loads into candy.
The ammunition he packs loads his pant's pockets and jacket's ammunition pouches. Spencer, however, has no dust ammunition. He prefers cold lead to do the talking and does not like the extra weight added onto his lighter ammunition, nor does he like the 700 grain shot to be cut down in amount to accommodate for the dust.
Melee Technique: For melee combat, Spencer uses the blades in each grip and then uses the 'buffaloing' style of holding the firearm for it. (Buffaloing basically means 'to bully' and it is achieved by holding the barrel of your pistol and slipping your finger in the trigger guard. A technique that has been around since the traditional pistol whip and made famous mainly by its use in the hands of Wyatt Earp.) When bounty hunting, Spencer likes to use the technique without the blades out to basically bully his quarry. He doesn't hit someone he's after hard, since that could damage the weapon, but why would you pistol whip someone the standard way when you just want their submission?
History: Each weapon Spencer owns is made by his own hands (with the careful overseeing of his uncle, that owns a local metal-working business). He started from a small .22 and worked his way up to his .500's. Even going to semi-auto pistols once for a 9mm upgrade. Spencer made Candy and Delilah late in his time at Signal, about two years ago. Lotus was forged when he was much younger.
Transportation: Spencer also has a motorcycle, with a red tribal pattern and white paint, named 'Stallion'.
